Taking that long Road Part 2

orz, guys, I'm so sorry, I've been wicked busy with classes, finals, and other horrible real-life problems. I will have the results up some time tomorrow along with the next challenge. Anyway, this post is to announce that dgray_icontest will now be affiliating with tcg_exchange. Now every participating member can be rewarded, regardless of submitting icons!

If you do not know, tcg_exchange is a community where participants in icontest are able to recieve "cards". It is a very fun game for all users, and I highly suggest you participate in it.

Hi, I'm new here. But, I've been a fanfic author now for over a year. And, I'm here to present a new community I'm making in reguards to fanfiction and YGO. A contest community, to where there will be a new prompt each week and contestants will write for that prompt/given theme. And, at the end of the week, I'll post all the titles of each entry in a post and everyone will vote for their favorite or which one they think is the best.

The community: yugioh_contest

However, it will not officially start up until the start of next year (January 2010). I've come here to notify every that they can just go over there and join it now, read the rules and procedures (which I'm still setting up), and prepare yourself. Winners of each contest, I'm hoping, will be a fic of their choice. But, also, if there is anyone who is graphic-savvy out here, I would like to ask for anyone who wouldn't mind volunteering to offer any donations for winners. Like banners, icons, and such. If you're willing, please PM me through my personal LJ.

Apparently they have their panties in a knot down in Dallas over Eli Manning signing a star on the wall in the visitor's locker room at Cowboys Stadium.

Really? It's the visitor's locker room, not midfield. They are trumping this as motivation for the Cowboys' next game with the Giants. If you really need motivation for an NFC East divisional rival matchup because that in itself is not enough to get up for the game, maybe there are bigger problems beyond the butt hurt of such trivial shennagens. Then again, this is all coming from a team and an organization that's done nothing but talk the talk and roll over when it counts so it can hardly be surprising.
